Santiago de Compostela’s Palacio de Congresos is where all the secrets of the next edition of the Vuelta will be unveiled. At the event, commencing at 1:00pm, Unipublic will announce the 21 stages that will make up the 71st edition of the Spanish race that will start in the Province of Ourense on the 20th of August and will end on the 11th of September.
