La Vuelta es Más is about inspiring everyone to ride its bike every day, it is about supporting causes that matters, it is about protecting the environment, it is about showcasing the beauty and diversity of Spain’s national. (More cycling in your life) : La Vuelta is committed to promote cycling as a lifestyle, building the bridge between cycling champions and everyday cyclists, thus inspiring people of all ages. Through initiatives like La Vuelta Junior, La Vuelta has initiated more than 275,000 children to road safety and active lifestyle.

In addition, La Vuelta strengthens its commitment to sustainable mobility through the "Más Bici con La Vuelta" (More cycling with La Vuelta) label, in collaboration with local authorities, Spanish organizations such as RedBici, ConBici and the consultancy Copenhagenize. This label aims at rewarding and promoting cycling policies carried out by authorities.

(More solidarity) : La Vuelta supports various social and environmental causes through initiatives like El Maillot Solidario (the Solidarity Jersey) which celebrates acts of solidarity during the race in partnership with Bicicletas sin Fronteras and Diario AS.

In addition, La Vuelta has been collaborating for the past six editions with El Sueño de Vicky to raise awareness and support research against childhood cancer. Furthermore, Carrefour and La Vuelta maintains a 13-year alliance through the “Kilómetro Solidario”, which contributes to forest restoration in collaboration with WWF and FSC.

(More is less ): La Vuelta is committed to be a pioneer in sustainability and takes concrete actions for the environment. Thanks its collaboration with Aquaservice, La Vuelta has reduced its plastic bottle use by 95%, avoiding the use of 190,000 cups and saving 20,000 litters of water.

La Vuelta is also committed to promote recycling solutions together with Ambilamp and Ecopilas. In addition, even the leaders jerseys from Santini are made from recycled fibers, reinforcing its sustainable approach.  

La Vuelta reduces also its carbon footprint by using alternatives motorisation vehicles. The fleet provided by Skoda includes 87 plug-in hybrid vehicles and four electric ones, supported by Plenitude’s mobile chargers. Additionally, La Vuelta uses AdBlue solutions from Fertiberia to reduce polluting emissions.
