  • This collaboration joins two references in Marca España, committed to promoting the territory and to touristic excellence.

Paradores and La Vuelta continue their journey through Spain together. The public hotel chain renews its commitment as an Official Sponsor of the race, reinforcing an alliance that showcases our country’s heritage, culture and diversity through one of the most important international sporting events.

As part of this agreement, Paradores will once again be present at the rest area near the signature podium, where riders wait before starting each stage, and the new Leaders Lounge, which will be the area reserved for the leaders of the different classifications before they take their place on the podium. In this way, the hotel chain will sponsor the two places that reflect the hospitality and attention to detail that characterises the brand.

In this edition, the company will also participate in La Vuelta’s advertising caravan, taking its brand to the roads and bringing it closer to the fans that accompany it through each stage.

La Vuelta and Paradores share a vocation for showcasing the richness of our country. While the race covers some of Spain’s most emblematic landscapes, the public hotel chain offers a network of 99 unique establishments that bring travellers closer to the historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage of each destination. From Medieval fortresses to monasteries, palaces or avant-garde buildings, Paradores offers a way of travelling that is adapted to each and every person and moment, based on authenticity, sustainability and excellence, for both national and international travellers.

A reflection of Spain’s scenic, cultural and patrimonial diversity

In this edition, the route of La Vuelta will pass next to 17 Paradores, located in some of the country’s most emblematic locations. Following its arrival in Spain, the peloton will ride next to the Paradores of La Seu d'Urgell, Tortosa, El Saler, Jávea, Lorca, Mojácar, Málaga Golf, Gibralfaro, Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz, Carmona, Córdoba, Jaén, Úbeda, Mazagón and Ayamonte, culminating the competition in Granada, which will once again become one of the great settings of La Vuelta by hosting its final stage, with both the departure and the arrival within the city, thus concluding an edition that will show the world our country’s scenic, cultural and patrimonial wealth.

‘La Vuelta is a magnificent opportunity to showcase the real Spain, the one that is discovered through its landscapes, its history, its culture and its gastronomy. At Paradores, we work each day to ensure that our guests experience that connection to the territory, offering truly unique spaces. For this reason, being connected to this great competition means reinforcing our commitment to being Spanish hosts and bringing our travelling style to everyone,’ said Raquel Sánchez, President of Paradores.

Meanwhile, Javier Guillén, General Director of La Vuelta, pointed out that ‘Paradores represents our country’s hospitality, heritage and touristic excellence, values that naturally align with La Vuelta. We’re very pleased to continue working with a company that contributes towards improving the experience of the riders, as well as showcasing the richness of the territories we visit to the world.’

Through this sponsorship, Paradores will have visibility throughout the race by appearing on different advertising materials as well as in the retransmission and broadcast of the competition, and participating in different initiatives aimed at the public during the different stages. Under the slogan ‘Una Vuelta a lo auténtico’ (An Authentic Vuelta), the hotel chain reaffirms its commitment to a travel style that brings people closer to each destination, making their vow to be a place for everyone a reality.
