José Joaquín Rojas (Movistar): “I ended up with the worst rival (Matteo Trentin), the best sprinter of La Vuelta. I would have loved to win at Murcia, I'd said that I would try. First I got a third place, now second… Next time I win. I had a plan, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to get rid of him in the downhill because he climbed very well and I knew I couldn't beat him in the sprint. The truth is I didn't think about him at first in the break. I told Pablo (Lastras, DS for Movistar): 'The rival is Luisle (Sanchez), right?' Because he knew the climb very well and on paper he was the best climber. I tried to surprise him but I couldn't beat Trentin.”
