This blue polka-dot jersey gives extra power. I felt strong today. Notwithstanding, the team told me not to go in the break. They said it was better I stayed in the grupetto to rest a bit thinking of coming days which can be key for the Mountains classification. Therefore, it’s been a relaxed stage for me. One can’t be in the mix every day. Tomorrow it’s a complicated day for climbers like me to catch the break, because the starting kilometres are quite fast. But, anyway, I think it can be a day for the breakaway to triumph as well.
