Juan Ayuso: "I think Jumbo didn’t want to let Remco [Evenepoel] go, so the breakaway didn’t go and it was a really hard course. All the stage was up and down, very narrow. The first two hours of racing were truly brutal. After that, we arrived to the foot of the climbs all together. And then we also tried to put under pressure Jumbo attacking. I think we saw a nice battle, a really hard battle for us. Then, the breakaway went away without any GC guy. But I think we tried, we made the race hard, and that’s important. I mean, I think this week has given us more fatigue. But I think we are going to the third week feeling well and ready to try to improve our classification. Until now, no [I haven’t seen any weakness in Jumbo-Visma]. But there’s still a long way to go to Madrid and we’ll keep on trying."
