Kaden Groves: "It’s really unfortunate"

"I’m okay. I managed to step off the bike and not hit the ground, so it’s okay on my own. I was actually on the crash but I haven’t seen it. I believe there was just a touch of wheels or handlebars on the front and it involved my teammate Tobias Bayer and some DSM riders. Unfortunately, really bad timing, but I also hope they’re okay. I mean, I had to get some points in the intermediate. It’s really unfortunate to not sprint today, but it’s the risk we take when we are missing some guys in the lead-out. Sometimes you have to take the sprint from within the bunch, and today we did that. Unfortunately, I was behind the crash."
