Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease a Bike): "We only focus on ourselves, and so far we have the red jersey and two stage wins. Today, our focus was to get through the stage without losing time. So today and the rest of the Vuelta, we can be super happy with how it’s been going. I do have a special relationship with L’Angliru. It’s a brutal climb, it’s very very hard. I guess it was the first time that I really showed myself in some way [14th in 2020, his first La Vuelta, as a domestique for Primoz Roglic]. And now it’s the third time and hopefully I can have good legs as well. Maybe we can go for the win, but we have to see how the legs are feeling. It would be a dream for me to win on L’Angliru. It’s one of the most iconic climbs of La Vuelta, so that would really be like a dream."
