La Vuelta 26 cannot go on without visiting the Andorran mountains. It will do so with a short, but very tough, stage. The Port d’Envalira (1st category) will be the first challenge in a day where the riders will also climb the Collada de Beixalís (1st category), the Coll de Ordino (1st category) and La Comella (3rd category). Here, we should see the first great selection of riders and begin to see who has possibilities of making it within the top 10 of the general classification.
