This will be the final option for the sprinters during the first week of the race. Their teams will have the mission of controlling the escape, and the fastest riders will have to overcome the climb to Barx (2nd category) in the final part of the stage in order to have a chance at crossing the finish-line first in the streets of Xeraco.
