2025 Edition
The history
This is a team that has grown season after season since its foundation in 2010, when it competed in the Continental category. First as NetApp, later with the added support of Endura and, from 2014, under the name Bora-Argon 18, Ralph Denk’s team has continued to make steady progress in the professional cycling scene. As of July 2024, the Red Bull energy drink brand has joined the project, which promises to keep expanding, with Primož Roglič now standing out as one of the team's biggest stars.
The team is now entering its sixth season in the WorldTour, this time without veteran rider Peter Sagan. However, their success has continued thanks to other standout riders, such as Jai Hindley, who claimed overall victory at the 2022 Giro d’Italia. In La Vuelta 2022, Sam Bennett was among the fastest sprinters in the race, taking two stage wins. In the most recent edition, Lennard Kämna claimed a summit victory atop the Collado de la Cruz de Caravaca.
Years have gone by, and the team now faces its sixth season in the WorldTour, this time without Peter Sagan in the ranks. The Slovakian’s absence hasn’t diminished the team’s performance. Jai Hindley joined the team after finishing second at the 2020 Giro d’Italia and went on to win the Italian Grand Tour in 2022, giving Bora–Hansgrohe a historic victory. Russian rider Aleksandr Vlasov also added to the tally that season, winning the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana and the Tour de Romandie, while Colombian Sergio Higuita claimed overall victory at the Volta a Catalunya. In La Vuelta 2022, Sam Bennett was one of the fastest men in the peloton, taking two sprint stage victories. In the most recent edition, Lennard Kämna won atop the Collado de la Cruz de Caravaca. In 2024, Primož Roglič’s arrival came with three stage wins and the overall victory in the race.
