Egan Bernal (Ineos Grenadiers): “I think it is a team effort from the car to each rider who does the work at the beginning of the stage. We saved the day, that’s what matters. There was a lot of headwind and when we turned it was supposed to turn sideways, but it wasn’t enough to break the peloton. You had to stay calm and try to have men in the end. The crash was right next to me, but I was very focused on going in front and I didn't notice.”
