The history

Burgos-BH will be looking to cap off their 16th season as a professional team, and their sixth as a UCI ProTeam, on a high note. Over these five years, the squad has focused on consolidating their place, gaining experience, and above all, being one of the most active and exciting teams in the early kilometres of races.
Back in 2018, the Burgos squad showed great fighting spirit in every stage, picking up four combativity awards. They went a step further in 2019, a year defined by one standout rider: Ángel Madrazo. The experienced Cantabrian clinched a stunning stage win at Javalambre and won the hearts of fans with his tenacity and candid, relaxed approach in the media. In 2021, the Burgos team again proved to be one of the race’s liveliest, earning four combativity prizes, while in 2022 Victor Langellotti proudly wore the King of the Mountains jersey for three days.
