Ben Turner (Ineos Grenadiers): “I don’t know what to say to be honest! It’s a crazy week, like super crazy! I wanted to come to the Vuelta. The team sent me to Renewi and then they said they did need me. Of course I said yes, I’d do anything to race these races. I was devastated after the first sprint my chain came off. I really believed in myself today. I felt really good all day. I don’t know what to say, just thank you to the boys. It’s been a great atmosphere in this race. They’ve just been amazing. These last few weeks have been incredible, winning in Poland and now here. I just had the best guys around me, and we really trusted in what I had to do. It just came perfect. The last metres felt so long… It’s just amazing.”
